Villa Can Air is a grand seven bedroom villa perfectly placed for convenience, privacy and elevated majestic views. The modern luxury villa is situated in a highly sought after location, with sweeping sea views stretching to Formentera. This substantial high-quality villa features expansive open living and a large 14m x 8m saltwater infinity pool. Villa Can Air is south facing and situated 10 minutes to the airport, Ibiza town and the famous beaches of Cala Jondal and Salinas, home to the best beach clubs on Ibiza.

On the ground floor there is a large living space with an open-planned kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwashers, five plate gas cook top oven with grill and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and juicer. Adjacent to the living areas are three bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms), a small office and a playroom, this can be configured as an extra bedroom.
On the first floor, the master and two double bedrooms are located. The 82 m2 master bedroom with ensuite, dressing room/office and enjoys a large private terrace enjoying the wonderful views. There are two additional double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. Across the courtyard is a self-contained one bedroom guest house..

Extensive glazing means the lounge area communicates naturally with the outdoor area and benefits from excellent quality of natural light at all time of the day. Two large lounge sofas in the living area next to the open-plan kitchen and the indoor dinning table and open to the terraces which blur indoor and outdoor living.

Villa Can Air enjoys a beautiful large saltwater pool, with manicured Mediterranean gardens and a green lawn with sweeping views of the sea and Formentera in the distance. By the pool there is a shaded poolside dining area which has a gas BBQ and seats 12 people.
There is sound system both inside and outside, wireless internet available throughout and there is a large flat screen TV by the fireplace in the living area. Villa Can Air is well protected with an interior and exterior alarm system connected to GPS Security.

The staff will make the stay at Villa Can Air a 5-star experience by supplying daily maid and butler services, including serving breakfast in the morning if requested – and giving your total privacy whenever you need it. Children friendly – cots, high chairs and toys can be provided. A fence can be installed to prevent swimming pool access.
